Once your order is booked, a tracking ID will be shown to you until the order is processed and shipped.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking ID on the registered WhatsApp number of the receiver directly from our courier team, ShipCorrect.

We primarily ship all orders via Bluedart. However, if delivery is not available in Bluedart for your location, we also use our secondary courier partners — Delhivery, XpressBees, and Shadowfax.

• We use premium quality paper with an extra HD print and matte-gloss finish.
• To maintain quality, store Memoroids at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight for a longer time.
• Please note that our products are not water-resistant (except metal keychains).

We strive to meet your expectations, but please note:
• Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
• This means we follow a strict no cancellation / no refund policy after confirmation.

We are sorry, but we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
