We at Mosambi Media don’t give any refunds or accept return products as every product is customized and cannot be sold again. Lost Orders

In the rare event that an order is lost during transit, Mosambi Media will remake the order once the customer informs us about the lost shipment.

  • The customer must notify us regarding the lost order.
  • Once confirmed, the remake process will begin.
  • The remade order may take up to 7 working days to process before dispatch.

Refund Policy: Incorrect Photo Delivery

In the event that an incorrect photo is delivered with your order, we acknowledge and assure you of our commitment to rectify this error promptly. The following conditions apply to the refund process:

Refund Scope:
The refund will be applicable to the specific product/item that contains the inaccurately delivered photo. This provision does not extend to a refund of the entire product, only the component associated with the incorrect photo.

Notification Period:
To initiate the refund process, the customer must notify us of the incorrect photo within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Notification should be sent to our Instagram official page or via email.

Verification Process:
Upon receiving the notification, we will conduct a thorough verification to confirm the accuracy of the claim. This process may involve requesting additional information or evidence from the customer which may take time upto 10-12 working days.

Refund Procedure:
If the claim is verified and deemed legitimate, a refund will be issued for the specific product/item containing the incorrect photo. The refund will be processed in the Mosambi Wallet which can be used latter by the customers.

Exclusions:
This refund policy does not cover cases where the customer provided incorrect or unclear photos during the order placement. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the provided images.

Modification of Photos:
Any modifications made to the delivered photos by the customer post-receipt, including cropping, resizing, or any form of alteration, voids eligibility for a refund under this policy.
